Genie Chicken Divan

This is another comfort food. Wait until you are a 3 to eat…and just a warning…it’s hard to stop at a 5. According to my friend, Kendall Tashie, “Enough is as good as a feast”.

A head of broccoli, steamed.

6 cups of chicken, cooked, in small pieces

THE SAUCE: Mix together the following 7 ingredients
1 cup of mayonnaise, Duke’s

1 cup of sour cream

1 cup of shredded cheese, Cheddar

1 T. of fresh lemon juice

1 t. of curry powder

Salt and pepper to taste


More shredded cheese

This recipe is built in layers.

  1. The broccoli on the bottom.
  2. Then chicken.
  3. Then sauce.
  4. Then shredded cheese on top.

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and uncover the last 5-10 minutes.
